With 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in business, speaking,
facilitation, governance and fundraising, Heather Watt-Kapitain knows
firsthand the power of clarity, strategy, design and direction when
addressing change.
An avid and engaging speaker, Heather’s contagious enthusiasm motivates audiences of all sizes to discover their purpose and share it. She is a founding partner of KAP Design, a change and information design consultancy based in Guelph Ontario. In addition, Heather chairs the Board of Directors for 10Carden.ca, is a board member for the Downtown Guelph Business Association and is a transformational leadership coach with
